Echinacea
Most of you are familiar with Echinacea. I use it myself and for my 9-year old daughter. There is an Echinacea for children and this is what I use for the young one. At the first signs of any flu or cold symptoms ?running noise, sore throat, and slight cough ?start taking Echinacea.
If you are using the extract, take a dropper full every 45 minutes for 4-5 hours, then the next day take it ever two hours, then the next day take it 2-3 times per day. It's best to get your supply of Echinacea at your health food store.
Del-Immune V
You can find Del-Immune V on the Internet. At one of the sites, you will see the list of conditions that this product is useful for,
